1 Introduction and General Principles

six6s (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provides an online gaming and entertainment service for users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

This document forms a binding agreement between six6s and the user. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform. The platform reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time; updated terms take effect from the date of publication.

2 Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use six6s. The platform reserves the right to close any account where proof of age cannot be provided.

2.2 Personal Use

Each individual may open and use only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in suspension of all accounts, and any deposited funds or bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide your name, phone number, and contact details accurately at the time of registration. If false or incorrect information is provided, six6s reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any applicable balance.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

An active mobile number and a valid payment method are required to register an account. Only one account may be created per mobile number.

3.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact six6s support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

six6s may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in restricted account activity. This measure is taken to protect all users.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile financial services are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on six6s:

• bKash — a popular mobile banking service in Bangladesh
• Nagad — a mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — a mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below the set limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In some cases, delays may occur due to account verification or internal review.

4.4 Transaction Validity

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment account is prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is offered on the first deposit at six6s, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn after ৳25,000 in wagers.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• The maximum bonus per deposit will not exceed ৳10,000.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated under special terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• six6s reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without notice.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

six6s guarantees fair play. All games on the platform are operated through legitimate and accredited software providers. Game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) without any interference.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Sharing or transferring an account with another user
• Money laundering or fraudulent transactions
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage the platform's reputation

6.3 Transaction Disputes

If a dispute arises over a game result or transaction, the support team must be contacted within 48 hours of the incident. Disputes will be finally resolved by verifying six6s system logs, and this decision will be considered final.

7 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

six6s offers betting on various sports events, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other popular sports. Bets must be placed within the specified timeframe of the event.

7.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

Bets may be cancelled and the original stake refunded in the following circumstances:

• If the event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If a change in event rules makes it impossible to determine the result

7.3 Live Betting

For live betting on ongoing events, odds may change rapidly. If the displayed odds change before a bet is confirmed, six6s will give you the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

8 VIP Program and Rewards

The six6s VIP program has three tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on your activity and participation on the platform. The cashback amount and other VIP benefits may change at six6s's discretion, and each payment is subject to applicable terms.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by six6s

six6s may immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions
• Evidence of fraud, system misuse, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of being a minor

9.2 Account Closure by User

Any user may request to close their own account. In this case, the opportunity will be provided to withdraw the valid balance in the account; however, withdrawal may remain on hold until any ongoing bets or wagering are completed.

10 Limitation of Liability

six6s makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, six6s is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or technical failures of your device
• Any loss resulting from your login credentials being disclosed to a third party
• Service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions
• Failure of any expectation or prediction regarding game outcomes

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Waiving any term of this agreement does not create any presumption of future waiver.
